Gwenaëlle Avice-Huet, Executive Vice-President, ENGIE is responsible for the company's Renewables business line and CEO of ENGIE North America. Gwenaëlle Avice-Huet began her professional career in the General Secretariat for European Affairs, an office of the French Prime Minister, then in the office of the Minister for Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Town and Country Planning. She joined the ENGIE Group in 2010 as Director of European Affairs, then Chief Executive Officer of the France Renewables BU. She brings a deep expertise in developing renewable energy in France, especially wind onshore, solar, and new technologies (marine energies and green gas). Since May 2019, she has been a member of the Executive Committee of ENGIE in charge of the Renewable and Hydrogen Business Units France, responsible for the Global Renewable Business Line and Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE North America.

André Cangucu, Chief Commercial & Industries (C&I) and Merger & Acquisitions Officer, ENGIE will be speaking on a RE100 best practice webinar following the RE100 Leadership Awards, as well as in a forthcoming RE100 North American members forum. André joined the company in May 2002 and has served ENGIE in several finance roles, including Chief Financial Officer for Latin America (2010-2015) and Chief Financial Officer for Peru (2004-2010). In 2016 he became Chief Business Developer for ENGIE North America. In that position, André was responsible for all of ENGIE’s Business Development activities in the US and Canada. He has been appointed Chief Commercial & Industries (C&I) and Merger & Acquisitions Officer since the beginning of 2020. His current focus is developing large energy projects for C&I customers that focus on on-site and off-site renewable energy generation.

Marc Khouzami, a Director at DWS, is a judge on the Clean Energy Trailblazer Award. With over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, he is an investment committee member of the China Renewable Energy Fund, the China Clean Energy and Efficiency Fund and the DB Masdar Clean Tech Fund, a generalist clean tech private equity fund situated within the Sustainable Investments division of Alternatives. He is also a former investment team member at Sustainable Development Investments, a unit of Citi Alternative Investments specializing in PE investments in the clean technology and renewable energy sectors globally. Marc is currently focused on working with corporate clients to achieve sustainability goals through investment strategies using traditional financing vehicles and structures.

Mark McGrail is Head of Commercial Office, USA & Canada, Enel Green Power, and a judge on the Most Collaborative Leader Award. Mark is an energy industry veteran with extensive experience in the development, operations and management of large-scale renewable energy plants. He joined Enel Green Power North America in 2011 and is responsible for the commercial off-take contracts with corporate, utility, banking and insurance customers. During his years with Enel Green Power, Mark has been involved in various strategic initiatives within the organisation, including managing the launch of a renewable energy program focused on serving corporate and industrial customer needs. Mark’s establishment of this internal group has provided Enel with a unique ability to grow its renewable energy fleet by offering customized solutions to corporate partners.
